Fellowship for American Students:The Department of Physics and Astronomy at Mississippi State University is seeking an American student to take advantage of a new opportunity in our graduate programs. Beginning Fall 1998, we will be offering a graduate fellowship of $14,400/year. As implied, there are no teaching responsibilities for the recipient as well as a full tuition waiver. The department's main research areas are nuclear, atomic and molecular, physics education, Optics, and Astrophysics.
