Dr. Barbara Patrick
Dr. Barbara Patrick is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration. Her research interests include performance measurement and funding, public sector accountability, and education policy. She holds a MPPA and PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Mississippi State University and BA in Political Science from Rust College.
Dr. Patrick has co-authored several journal articles, book chapters, and presented convention papers. She teaches American Government, Introduction to Public Policy, and African American Politics.
