Dr. Bethany Stich
Dr. Bethany Stich is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration. Dr. Stich specializes in transportation policy as it relates to long-range planning, corridor planning, citizen engagement, community development and environmental compliance. she holds a PhD in Public Administration from Virginia Tech. She has a Master of Public Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from North Georgia College and State University.
Dr. Stich has presented and published numuerous articles related to transportation planning. Her work can be found in chapters in books and journals such as Public Works, Mangement & Policy. Dr. Stich teaches Principles of Public Administration and Public Policy. Previously, Dr. Stich was worked as Assistant Director and Senior Research Associate employed by the Center for Transportation Policy located at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute (VTTI) and as an Environmental Compliance Planner with the Georgia Department of Transportation.
