Staff
The staff of the Department of Animal and Dairy Sciences stands ready and willing to assist clients, students and their fellow co-workers with the latest software packages, expertise in laboratory techniques, clerical support or simply a smile and some helpful advice.
Our research associates stay abreast of the latest techniques and equipment use to further research efforts. Others assist our meat laboratory researchers and help with the day to day operations of the latest in meat products technology. Our clerical staff has a collective 90+ years of experience in the operations of our department and the university. Students are always greeted with a smile and knowledgeable advice on how to maneuver through the intricacies of academia.
Animal and Dairy Sciences is a comprehensive department consisting of research, teaching and extension and our Extension staff does an excellent job of servicing the state agencies and clients affiliated with the statewide Extension system. Our friendly and efficient staff is here to help you no matter the need or concern. We're proud of our department and the services it provides.
