logo The Mississippi Fruit & Vegetable Growers Association is a group of commercial fruit and vegetable growers with a vested interest in promoting the fruit and vegetable industries in Mississippi. It is coordinated by a Board of Directors (see below) which meets periodically to chart the path of this group. Some of the main activities each year are a four-state growers' conference, a tour to one of our successful local farms, and a 2-day tour to another part of the country.

Deep South Fruit & Vegetable Conference & Trade Show

The next annual meeting will be December 5 and 6, 2007. This is a multi-state meeting (Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, and Mississippi) with an expected attendance of over 500 people.

The conference will be held at the same location as last year. However the name of the hotel has changed, following purchase by Marriott:
