EVALUATION OF SELECTED PLANT MATERIAL

OBJECTIVE:

To collect and evaluate landscape plants that have aesthetic and functional use for adaptability and nursery production in the southeast.

PROCEDURE:

Plant material for production and consumer use will be collected for evaluation. The plants will first be grown in containers of appropriate size in light shade or full sun. After one or two years, promising plants will be selected for further evaluation and either planted in larger containers or field planted.
