The Old Line Museum is guaranteed to become a favorite haunt of the slate enthusiaste or anyone with a passion for industrial archeaology, local history, or Welsh culture. Situated on the Mason-Dixon Line in the town of Delta, PA, home of the America's first recognized slate quarry, The Old Line Museum is enveloped by remnants of the slate industry's glorious past from rooftops to sidewalks. In fact, this picturesque little village on the banks of the Susquehanna River constitutes an open-air museum all its own, a full-scale tribute to Peach Bottom Slate.

Within, the Old Line Museum features the following collection of local historic objects:

a 7-foot, polychromatic slate clock crafted in 1906 by a Welsh quarryman
an extensive display of tools, photographs, & products relating to the slate & greenstone industries
Indian artifacts from the Susquehanna River area, in flint, quartz, & soapstone
nineteenth-century Welsh language bibles
local tax records, maps, newspapers & ledgers dating from mid-nineteenth century
