Arrange to arrive at Kansas City International Airport
or drive directly to Lawrence on Sunday. The airport is about 1 hour
from Lawrence, and there is a shuttle that services Lawrence. The
first night will be spent in the Holidome Hotel, two blocks south of the
Kansas Turnpike/I-70 Exit 202 for West Lawrence.
MCI Roadrunner: This is the shuttle from Kansas City International Airport (MCI) to Lawrence. The cost is $45 roundtrip, and the return is good for up to a year. The participants will be responsible for their arrangements and the fare. Reservations should be made at least 24 hrs. in advance because the van can fill up and those with reservations get priority.
