
If you fly into Memphis you will land at the Memphis International
Airport. Most major airlines fly into Memphis including, but not limited
to the following: Northwest Airlines, Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines
and United Airlines.
Your first night in Memphis will be spent at the famous
Peabody
Hotel in downtown Memphis. The Peabody provides airport shuttle to
and from the hotel. When you arrive in Memphis, follow the signs to baggage
claim and then ground transportation. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes.

This hotel which opened in 2002 is located at the Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality and Resort Management of the University of Memphis. Fifty years ago in Memphis, Tennessee, Kemmons Wilson opened the first Holiday Inn. In July of 2002, he returned to mark the chain's golden anniversary and the opening of a school named in his honor. The hotel provides an opportunity for students to gain experience in the area of hotel management as an extension of their academic program.
While in Reelfoot, we will stay at Cypress Point Resort.
Cypress Point is located on the water at White's Landing on Reelfoot
Lake. It is off of Highway 78 near Tiptonville, Tennessee.
While at the Rainwater Observatory, we will stay in the
French Camp Academy
Bed and Breakfast. French Camp Academy is a Christian
boarding high school
French Camp, Mississippi.
