Barbecuing Mississippi Broilers
A publication that discusses the proper method to grill or barbecue broiler halves. Includes many tips and recipes.

Barbecue Planning Guide
A guide for determining the quantities of various supplies and condiments required for serving a broiler barbecue to large groups of guests.

Plans for Constructing a Barbecue Pit
A plan with illustrations showing how to construct an expandable barbecue grill that cooks a large number of broiler halves at once. The plan is viewable and printable using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Smoking and Curing Poultry
A guide for curing and smoking quail, chicken and turkey carcasses. Recipes are presented for each type of poultry.

Cutting Up and Boning Broilers
An illustrated guide for cutting broilers into pieces, quarters or drumettes and boning breast and thigh parts.
