Program Evaluation Services

The credibility of any program is highly dependent upon the evaluation plan for determining outcomes and indicators of success.  PREPS will perform a comprehensive evaluation to measure the effectiveness and success of your program that is specific to the goals and objectives outlined in your grant proposal.  In the area of program evaluation, PREPS offers a team of highly qualified professionals with knowledge and expertise in measurement, assessment, accountability, research, statistical analyses, evaluation, professional development, and leadership.

PREPS has extensive experience in large scale evaluation projects involving multiple service/project sites.  By serving as the external evaluator for several 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) grantees, PREPS is familiar with the Annual Performance Reports (APR) required by both the Mississippi Department of Education and the United States Department of Education.  In response to requirements for APR reporting, PREPS has developed a secure Online Data Collection System to collect vital demographic data, grade data, etc. which can be used as a model for building a similar site to collect your project-specific data.  Survey data, as well as other types of data, can be entered through this system.

PREPS will train project directors, managers, and coordinators on data entry procedures and will provide user’s guides (manuals) and login and password information to each of those trained.  This training will also include information regarding data usage, such as data integrity (quality assurance) and the security of sensitive data (confidentiality and privacy issues).
