Leadership Development     MSU offers a number of leadership development possibilities for students. Student organizations, faculty, and staff are asked to nominate freshmen and sophomores for the annual Emergent Leader Workshop, which is held each fall, and to nominate upperclassmen for LeaderState, a year-long program. The Office of Student Life also works with Interfraternity Council (IFC), NPHC, and Panhellenic Council to sponsor the annual Greek Leadership Retreat each January.
