Delta Pi Epsilon

Delta Pi Epsilon is a national graduate honorary society for professionals who support and promote scholarship, leadership, and cooperation toward the advancement of education for and about business. Delta Pi Epsilon was established in 1936 at New York University and presently is made up of members affiliated with over 60 university and state-based chapters. Members advance quality education and refine pedagogy though research and instructional development activities.

DPE promotes three ideals as symbolized by its name:

  • Delta - Scholarship
  • Pi - Leadership
  • Epsilon - Cooperation

  • DPE is founded on a shared sense of responsibility to improve the teaching of business through research, to develop leadership skills of members, to advance the profession through research and leadership activities, and to provide members with team-building and networking opportunities.

DPE works to advance our profession by taking pride in serving business students, meeting the interests of our members, creating position papers, holding panel discussions at professional meetings, sponsoring research activities, and representing our interests on policy-making boards such as PCBEE and JCEE.

Our society moves with focus, embracing change and seizing new opportunities, to reshape, guide, and sustain the dynamic nature of education for and about business.
