Green Zone Training

The G. V. "Sonny" Montgomery Center for America's Veterans at Mississippi State is hosting its Green Zone Training for the spring 2016 semester. The Green Zone program encourages awareness of and advocacy for student veterans, service members and dependents. Participants in the training sessions will learn the basics of how to be an active listener, cover various issues and concerns of veterans and share resources that can be utilized to help veterans. Upon completion, participants may receive a Green Zone poster to display in their offices as designated veteran-friendly areas.
