The African American Studies program at Mississippi State is partnering with the MSU Speech and Debate Council to host the third annual Martin Luther King Jr. Oratorical Contest on Feb. 29 at 5:30 p.m. in McCool Hall's Taylor Auditorium. Undergraduate students from various majors will deliver original speeches focusing on an aspect of King's life and legacy. Top finalists will receive scholarship prizes.
