About this event

As part of the 2016-17 Lyceum Series, The Capitol Steps are making a return visit to Mississippi State! Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Based in Washington, D.C., The Capitol Steps (www.capsteps.com) began as a group of Senate staffers who set out to satirize the very people and places that employed them. Since they began, The Capitol Steps have recorded more than 30 albums, including their latest, "What to Expect When You're Electing." The group has been featured on NBC, CBS, ABC and PBS and can be heard twice a year on National Public Radio stations nationwide during their Politics Takes a Holiday radio specials. For more information on the 2016-17 season, telephone the Center for Student Activities at 662-325-2930, visit its Colvard Student Union Suite 314 office or email lyceum@msstate.edu.
