#CLANGA! Cowbell Yell 2016

Bulldog fans of all ages are encouraged to BRING THE RING at Cowbell Yell, the 2016 football season's kick-off pep rally! The first 1,000 students in attendance will receive a free T-shirt! Members of the Famous Maroon Band, MSU Spirit Groups, Bulldog Football coaching staff, as well as Bully mascot Jak, will be in attendance. There also will be guest appearances by former Bulldog Football players John Bond and Cameron Lawrence. Fans waiting for the stadium gates to open at 8 p.m. should line up with their cowbells outside Gate F at the northwest corner of Davis Wade Stadium. Attendees will have the opportunity to witness the debut of the team's intro video, a new crowd-focused element to the football pre-game show, as well as receive a look into how the cowbell became a Mississippi State tradition. Hail State Rewards members in attendance will receive double points! This sixth annual event is being co-sponsored by the MSU Student Association and Department of Athletics.
