Human Resources Management at Mississippi State is encouraging interested faculty and staff members to enroll in its next PRO Chat, which will focus on goal-oriented teams. Every great team aspires for extraordinary results. What makes a great team player? As a leader, do you know what motivates your team? Led by MSU Vice President for Development and Alumni John Rush, this session will discuss the characteristics of a great team, how individual team members are motivated, practical advice on delegation, and more.
