About this event
Come bring the costumed kiddies by Mississippi State's Howell Observatory for a pre-Halloween public telescope viewing event! We will observe the Andromeda galaxy, the Ring Nebula and Mars, among other celestial bodies. There will be free candy, too! The event is sponsored by MSU's Department of Physics and Astronomy and the MSU Astronomy Club. We look forward to seeing you!
