Local Food Systems Research Group Meeting

The Local Food Systems Research Group (LFSRG) at Mississippi State meets monthly, and interested faculty and staff are invited to attend the next meeting at the university's Social Science Research Center in the main conference room on the second floor. A light lunch will be provided. This research interest group is open to MSU researchers interested in all aspects of local food systems development in Mississippi, including local food systems as economic development, food insecurity, food access, limited resource farmers, production and distribution, food hubs, and systems development. Guest speakers and MSU faculty and staff will share their research. Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP for lunch.
