Members of the campus and local communities are encouraged to join the Mississippi State Student Association's Diversity and Outreach Committee as we conclude 2016 Rise Above Week with a balloon release social. Participants will have the opportunity to release a balloon on which they have written something they are rising above. Balloons will be provided, and all are welcome. We look forward to seeing you!
