For the 11th consecutive year, the Charles H. Templeton Ragtime and Jazz Festival is bringing the spirit of the late 19th and early 20th centuries to Mississippi State University’s Mitchell Memorial Library March 30-April 1. Dan Levinson of 2017 festival performer Dan Levinson’s Roof Garden Jass Band will present "The Original Dixieland Jazz Band and the First Jazz Record" in the library's Charles H.
