Emory University Art Historian Bonna Daix Wescoat will give a talk on her research as part of the Mississippi State University Institute for the Humanities' Distinguished Lecture Series. MSU's Department of Art and the Cobb Institute of Archaeology also are serving as event sponsors. Wescoat worked with specialists to restore the Winged Figure of Victory, the Nike of Samothrace, at the Louvre Museum in Paris, France.
