Looking for a way to get and stay in shape? CrossFit Bootcamp classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level without heavy weightlifting. Coach Chase Taylor, owner of TaylorMade Fitness: Home of Starkville CrossFit, has designed a fun workout program incorporating a variety of equipment, including ropes, medicine balls, boxes, kettlebells and pull-up bars. Individuals of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate. Participants should wear comfortable workout attire and bring a sufficient supply of water or sports drink for hydration before, during and after the workout. Click the "Link" below to register.
