afrotc-l: Memphis Game

To the cadets working Monday's game:

If you read my email telling what time to be present to work, please respond to this email tonight. Remember, we need to be there about ten minutes until noon, by the M-Club. You freshmen, if you know any of the other new guys on the work list, make sure to tell them to be there just in case they haven't gotten the times for some reason or another. Also, for those of us working tomorrow, I ask that you show up in nice clothing. For males, please dress in some khaki pants and a collared shirt. Females, I am sure you can think of something that is the equivalent to that. I want us to do this so we can look very professional. Perhaps later in the semester we will wear a ROTC shirt, but for now we will stick with this dress code. You may wear a hat or sunglasses of course. No restrictions on that. Just remember to respond to this so I know you are coming. Thank you for your time.
C/1st Lt Hoffman
