afrotc-l: Those who are interested in joining Arnold Air Society

This email is to those who want to join, interested in joining, or are just curious about Arnold Air Society (AAS).

I know that there are some of you that don't know what AAS is.  AAS is a professional and honorary society.  We help out our community by doing various serivce projects.  We also work the coke stands at the football games to raise money for different activities such as natcon, arcon, campouts, and get-togethers.

You can look up more information about AAS by going to the web site:  http://www.arnold-air.org  Also for those who want to join we will have meetings at the detachment on Wednesday's at 8:00 p.m.  Those of you who just want to come by and see what we do are also welcome to join us.

I highly encourage you to come to at least one meeting and see what it is like.  It is a great way to get to know other cadets in the corp.  Even if you don't look at the web site, ask some of the 200's and POC and i'm sure they will be more than happy to talk to you about AAS.

Those of you who know that you want to join, I need a list with your name, telephone #, and email address.  Just respond to this email with the information and show up Wednesday night at 8:00 p.m.

Jeff Burch, C/1st Lt, AAS
