Cadets: It's you know who again. Yes, this week is a go for the football game, and it is a game which the entire corps must help in some shape or fashion. The game is scheduled for a 6:30 start. We will start setting up as soon as we can after 12pm. I personally get out of class at 12:15, and will be at the setup about a half hour later to help supervise. Tim, the manager said we will set up the inside booths first due to the fact that many students will be in class, so workers may be short for a while. I need everyone to show up NLT a half hour after you get out of class, be it 12:45, 2:15, etc. Please show up as soon as you can so we can get a count of all people. We will need this because my workers will be cut short. I have to give up the Arnold's to the coke stands after game start, so they will be working the outside booths as soon as they open. We have a tight supply of people, so we must utilize them as best as possibe. I know that last time, some people were able to work in shifts and see a few minutes of the game. That will be impossible this game. I must have all available workers at the booths at all times, no exceptions. It is vital that all of you stay, work hard, and show up early. I need everyone to respond to this today to tell me what time they can show up on Thursday afternoon. I will hold you to your word when you tell me. This will determine how we set up the booths. Please respond ASAP, I would greatly appreciate it.
