Wizards, 

  Since you seemed ill prepared for the ORI on
Tuesday, I'm doing a uniform overhaul on Sunday night.
 This is what i expect: bring your low quarters, a
notebook, something to write with, and a good
attitude.  I am going to take you step by step through
preparing your blues for wear at Llab.  This is a
learning experience so if your not coming to learn
stay at home.  I don't need goof offs there disrupting
and holding everyone back.  You all need to take a
good look at YOURSELF and ask yourself if you are
doing what it takes to EARN your spot in this flight. 
NOTHING IS OWNED TO ANYONE.  The time for semi effort
is over; its time to put the throttle to afterburner
and speed your way to excellence.  I EXPECT THE BEST
OUT OF YOU.  Be there Sunday night ready to learn, and
ready to be the best on Tuesday.
