afrotc-l: ATTN: ALT LAB--WEAR PT UNIFORM

ALT LAB cadets are to wear their PT uniforms to ALT LAB on Thursday.  The PT uniform is worn as follows:

• PT shirt is tucked into PT shorts.
• If it is cool outside, you may wear the issued PT sweats.
• The string in the waist of the shorts does not show.
• No leggings, stretchy pants, boxers, etc., are visible under the bottom of the shorts.
• Athletic shoes are worn with LACES TUCKED IN.
• Wear comfortable thick white cotton socks (or the closest thing you have to that).
• No hats are worn--not even outside.
• If you do not have a PT uniform at all, wear whatever you have and socks and athletic shoes as described above; just remember we will be doing a Warrior Run.
• You may bring a small water bottle or CamelBak--it doesn't matter, as long as you can run with it.

Eat good on Thursday for breakfast and lunch, and drink lots of water in the afternoon, and whatever energy food you need before ALT LAB. 

 

Remember that a Warrior Run is meant to be a fun, motivational operation.  Be there on Thursday evening--same time and same place as last week upstairs--and have your cheer ready, know your Warrior knowledge, and be ready to show your spirit!
