Arnolds,
I need each of you to reply to my e-mail by COB 27 Jan if you are going to NATCON, so I can submit a number of possible airplane tickets. If you do not respond, you will not have the opportunity of possibly getting an airplane ticket. If you respond, you are not guaranteed a ticket, just the chance for one. We will work out travel for everyone that will not receive a ticket. For the price of NATCON, it will not be an entirely free ride, but the Sq. will try to curve a portion of the expense. The amount will be based on fundraising participation and other factors.
I also need everyone to submit any community service hours you have done on an individual basis outside of AAS to the Operations Officer by the end of the week. We need all of these hours for our Awards packet.
