Arnolds,

Crunch time for our awards packet is quickly approaching, and everyone's help is needed to ensure our success. Please pay careful attention to the following tasks that need to be accomplished in the coming weeks.

1) Two awards require a decision by the squadron as to whom we will nominate--the Day Cup for the most outstanding squadron officer and the Nichols for the most outstanding sophomore at the squadron level. We need everyone to vote. Beginning Tuesday, there will be two manila envelopes in my AAS box. One will be marked "Blank Ballots" and the other will be marked "Completed Ballots." Take a sheet out of the former, fill it out, and place it in the latter. I trust everyone to vote once and only once. PLEASE COMPLETE THE VOTING BY COB ON THURSDAY.

2) The awards packet specifies that certain squadron officers must write letters of recommendation or provide other materials for our nominees. Please check for your name on the below list. I NEED THESE BY WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 30, AT COB. You can e-mail them to me or place them in by AAS box. I will e-mail you personally if I need a letter or other material from you.
