Ladies and Gentlemen:

For those of you involved with the pre-run of the ropes course on Friday, be advised that we must set another date.

Patsy Douglas, the ropes course coordinator, is unable to be there, and will not allow us to be there without her. Can you possibly make arrangements to do it NEXT Friday, 8 Feb at 1300? Please email me promptly to let me know; we are running out of time.
