Binder inspections for anyone with a job will begin 22 Jan, so all binders should be complete by COB 21 Jan. Review the attached to be sure your binder meets all requirements. I will be very attentive to memorandum format so make extra effort to get it right. I am posting a sample format in the det. Following the inspection, all discrepancies must be promptly fixed. The first group will all binders complete and correct will be rewarded with a free Krispy Kreme breakfast. The binder labels for all binders in all groups will be standardized.
