Detachment 425,
It has come to my attention that a number of you would like information concerning a number of Air Force career fields (specifically those careers aside from Pilot/Nav). Beginning this week, I will be posting a sheet on the door of the Cadet Offices detailing various Air Force jobs. If there are any particular fields that you would like to know about, even if you do not know the specific name of the job, let me know. I will look into it for you.
Also, if you would like your flight commander to make presentations regarding different Career fields or any information that you would like to know, feel free to tell them. They will address the matter immediately. Please remember that your flight commanders have been given a syllabus regarding information they must teach during flight meetings in preparation for the Expeditionary Aerospace Force exercise. It may be difficult for them to address every question that may arise.
Finally, I am going to bring the CD-Rom with all of the Encampments' videos from this summer up to the detachment. I will leave it on top of terminal 1. Please return it to this location when finished. It will be useful for you to look at this video.
I want to see some sharp uniforms tomorrow. Operations Group will be conducting impromptu inspections. Cadets will be given discrepancies for poor uniform wear. Remember- regardless of the fact that we are only ROTC cadets, we still wear the uniform of this country and should wear it with pride.
