afrotc-l: Wingman program

So far I have heard good things about the way the
Wingamn program is going.  I hope that all GMC and FTP
have contacted their Element Leader.  This was
supposed to have been done by Tuesday, 11 Feb 03.  If
you have not done so, you are wrong. I now need the
Element Leaders to sign a piece of paper saying that
they have meet with their Wingmen each week and have
the wingmen sign it as well.  If you have not been
contacted just put that on the paper.  This piece of
paper must be turned in every Tuesday by COB.  If
anyone has any questions, you can contact me through
e-mail.
