I am most displeased with the gross amount of cadets who disobeyed a direct order. I gave the order last lead lab that I wanted EVERY cadet in the squadron to turn in a memorandum to their FLIGHT COMMANDER about the poor performance on the warrior knowledge tests. While a select few of you did this, the vast majority of you CHOSE not to. The "group memorandums" that were turned in are completely UNACCEPTABLE. The formats are wrong. It would appear that some of you DON'T KNOW how to write a memorandum correctly. You will need to know how at field training. This memorandum was designed to teach you this skill, and to make you think about your poor performance on the WK tests. ALL OF THE CADETS WHO DID A GROUP MEMORANDUM WILL TURN IN AN INDIVIDUAL CORRECT MEMORANDUM TO THEIR FLIGHT COMMANDER BEFORE COB THURSDAY.
