afrotc-l: Dining Out

To The Corps,

    I realize that the letters to the parents have just started to arrive 
at their addresses.  I put the letters in the mail drop at the post office a 
week ago.  I have spoken to someone at the post office and apparently the 
letters were held at some distribution point along the way.  Please tell 
your parents and/or guests that they can send in their money postmarked 
Friday and everything will be fine.  Also, please tell Ms. Barbara by COB 
Wednesday the names of your guests.  This way we can have their names for 
the seating chart and numbers for the caterers.  Thanks!
