The QFR is Friday, 11 April at the MSU track.  If you plan to attend field
training this summer, this is a mandatory event.

You are allowed to have a pacer.  The only restrictions are that they cannot
push you and you are not allowed to run with a walkman (or other brand
name) radio.

Remember, this is a one shot deal.  You must pass this event or have one
very good DOCUMENTED medical excuse.
