This email is to reiterate what i said in the safety breifing a Llab on Tuesday. EVERYONE needs to make sure that you are properly HYDRATED for the EAF. you will have a tough time completing the exercise if you are not. Also everyone needs to make sure that you use sunscreen and bug spray where applicable. This is for your safety and is highly recommended. Use common sense during the EAF. If it is dumb, different or dangerous, DO NOT DO IT! If you have a question about something, ask someone. If you get hurt, feel dizzy or sick let the senior member of your group know IMMEDIATELY! Follow the directions of the group leaders and pay attention to what is going on. If you have any questions feel free to email me. Other than that have a safe and fun Easter weekend!!
