afrotc-l: newly posted memos

To all

A memorandum explaining the memorandum format has been
posted on the cork board next to the ops orders.  For
those of you who were around last year the memo is
still the still same except for the heading.

The heading is 1 inch from the top of the page and is
centered, in all caps, and in bold

The heading is as follows:  425th AFROTC CADET WING
                          MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY

Please take a look at the memorandum on the cork board
and if you have any questions please feel free to ask.


Also the memos have been given to the group commanders
and has been posted on the cork board stating  that
the binder inspections will begin on 9 Sep 03.  I know
this is the same day as the pft so you need to get
them done ASAP.

A diagram of which rooms should be called for C/Cols
and officer and which rooms people will stand for
officers in has been posted in the cadet offices.  If
you look on the wall across from the main entrance to
the cadet offices it will be on your right and very
visible.
