The AEF is this next lab, OUR FINAL LAB of the semester, excluding the ball.  
The AEF Group will need help from the POC to make this lab an excellent 
activity for all involved.  We have a list of POC we need to be involved and 
exactly what job you will be performing during the event.  The following 
attached document has this list.  For those POC on this list, we please ask 
that you come to the ERC an hour before lab on Tuesday, if you can.  We will be 
doing a short walk around the event course so that everyone involved will be 
familiar with what will be going on.  This will be a great lab and we'll see 
you out there on Tuesday.
