Talked with our counselor. He says that after all the numbers are in for BCT statewide, the lower 8% is considered 'low enrollment.' He went on to add that enrollment is no longer the *key factor* when looking at individual programs. If you meet enough of your indicators, enrollment should not hurt nor will require a program improvement. Hope this helps.
