bct-l: CPAS Motivation

I received the message below from one of our teachers. Do any of you have ideas to share? How do you motivate your students to do well?

 

My Director wanted me to check for comments on how to encourage students to 'try' on the CPAS.  We are trying to encourage students to do well, but most of them do not take it seriously.  Do you have any suggestions on how to incorporate some sort of accountability with this test?  We give it late in the year and we do not get results back until after students are gone.
