(long, but step by step) Download BCT CPAS zip file from BRIDGE site open your blackboard site go to control panel click "pool manager" under "assessment" click "import" browse-located your downloaded cpas zip file-select and import click ok click ok still in control panel click "test manager" under "assessment" add test name test, description, instuctions, etc. submit Add - From a Question Pool or Assessment click Go under "pools" select BCT CPAS check all types click search select all or you can select individual questions to make a series of short tests submit review questions you can modify, remove and/or add questions here click ok click ok still in control panel if you do not have a folder on your menu ready for your CPAS test, create one now under course options choose manage course menu click 'content areas' name folder (ex. CPAS) submit ok place in desired order ok ok still in control panel under content areas, click "CPAS" (the folder you just created) click "test" click "CPAS" or whatever you named the test click submit click ok you can modify test at this point. under test options you can choose to open in new window, make available for students to take (must do this), add an announcement, allow multiple attempts, require a password, etc. under feedback and test presentations-modifications can be made as well click submit ok ok exit control panel if you do not see your new folder, click "refresh" students can now log in and take the online assessment. student logins can be created in the control panel under create user Dionne S.
