Week Four -- Hang in there students!!

The purpose of "THIS WEEK" is to give you information about BSU
opportunities and draw you into the fellowship.

Each week you are invited and so are your friends:

HEROES AND CHAMPIONS -- SUMMER PRIORITY -- WORSHIP, SHARING, PRAYER,
PRAISE
In the Chapel, Tuesday night at 7PM
This week's hero -- Rahab
This week's speaker -- Lucy Hansford
Lucy is an educator from Jackson. She helps with summer missions
orientation each year. She is very creative, spiritually wise, and
sensitive. She also LOVES MSU.

A PRAYER REQUEST:

I just learned that John Weems, a student summer missionary from Delta
State University, drowned Friday in a swimming accident off the coast of
Mexico. Three others in the party were died due to the unusually strong
undercurrent -- Career missionary,  Gary Sloan, his 10 year old
daughter, Carla, and summer missionary Joy Murphy, 19, of Pelham, Ala.
Let us join their families and friends in this circle grief. Let us pray
and rest in God's love which sustains us in times of deep sadness.
