Grace and Peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ

Hey guys, I hope that everyone is doing well and having a great summer so
far. I've got a prayer request and some news. My father has lost his job,
and is currently looking for another one. Unsuccessfully, I hate to say.
But I'm sure something will turn up. And as a result, I'm having to work
more and more, and find a way to pay for school. I've been promoted and
given a raise, for which I am very thankful. But I'm afraid I'm not going
to be able to attend Bible study at all this summer. I've been closing the
store every single night, so I can't quite make there on time. But my
thoughts and prayers are with you all. And some great news, my sister Jill
is pregnant! I just found out last week, and the baby is due sometime in
March, so that has lifted my family's spirits some, of course. Things like
that seem to always put you back in perspective and remind you of what's
really important. I hope you all have a great rest of the summer, and I'll
hopefully see y'all in the fall:) your sister, jana brock

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and
petition, with thanksgiving, present you requests to God. And the peace of
God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your
minds in Christ Jesus."

Jeremiah 32:27
"I am the Lord, the God of all mankind, is anything too hard for me?"

"I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have
sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body,
whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is Christ and to die is
gain." Philippians 1:20-21
