chialpha-l: prayer request

Hey everyone.  I feel like I've been wearing this e-mail list out 
lately, but I promise to stop mailing stuff for at least a few days 
after this message.

First of all, it would be very beneficial if you would let Myra and 
Arturo know if you are planning to come to their apartment Friday 
night.  That way they/we can plan ahead for snacks and stuff.

Second, I want you to all pray for a friend of mine.  Her name is 
Carolyn.  She has been open to talking about Jesus more and more 
lately, and I got to share some really foundational things with her 
today about God.  I think she is becoming more and more open and 
receptive to accepting Christ.  I am praying for her to do this very 
thing (accept Christ as her savior), and I would appreciate it if you 
would all take a little time to pray for her too.  This is exactly 
the sort of thing we have been praying for in Chi Alpha (that more 
students would be saved).  We have to see these things through and 
believe that God will reach the people on our campus.  So, please 
remember Carolyn in your prayers.  I won't ask you to do this for any 
certain amount of time.  Just as you think about it, keep on praying 
about it.  I don't know how long it could take, but I believe Carolyn 
will turn to Jesus.  So, pray until we hear that good report!
