chialpha-l: Christival update

After attending another Christival planning meeting this afternoon, I 
have a few corrections and clarifications to pass along...

Regarding the T-shirts, they will still be $11 through the end of 
this week.  If you do not purchase one this week and you want to buy 
one at Christival next week, the cost will then be $13.

My previous Christival e-mail was worded kind of weird in a couple 
places.  Sorry for the confusion.  Regarding the information table on 
the 18th of February outside of the Union, workers will be passing 
out flyers about Christival and they will also be passing out free 
cookies.  As worded before, it kind of sounded like we might be 
passing out flyers about cookies.  As interesting as some people 
might find this, we will in fact just pass out free cookies and 
flyers about Christival.  Sorry for any confusion I may have caused. 
:)

Also, in case you wondered what is meant by the job of helping with 
follow-up tasks, here is the lowdown:  Each night at Christival, all 
the seats will have a small card or a piece of paper that can be 
filled out with name, and contact information.  Also, a person can 
request to be contacted by any one of about 10 Christian groups. 
Anyone who helps out with follow-up just needs to hang around at the 
end of Christival and help sort the cards/papers to deliver them to 
the appropriately checked group.  I hope that makes sense.  I can 
answer questions at Chi Alpha tomorrow.
