Hey guys, how are you doing? Hope you had a good weekend.

Today we will have our prayer meeting just like every Monday.  After
praying for about 30 min, we will walk around campus and talk to whoever
might listen the message we are carrying... the message of Jesus.

Last week we had the opportunity to be involved in Christival... (they
even had the "Chi Alpha" name in the t-shirts and information cards!... we
want to thank Josh for attending all the preparation meetings and making
sure that Chi Alpha was represented). 

This week we will resume our worship and Bible study. The meeting date 
and time is Thursday @ 7:00 p.m. BUT the location might change.  We were
assigned room 320 in the Union.  We may be able to meet in the Faculty
Lounge (room 300) but we will not find that out until Thursday.  So, just
come to the Union... if we are not in the Faculty Lounge, we will be in
room 320.  Ben will be sharing this week.

Finally, our Chi Alpha Retreat! This Friday and Saturday we will spend
time at the Indian Springs Campground (right outside Kosciusko, MS, about
one and a half hours from Starkville).  A group of aproximately 8 students
from XA at Ole Miss will join us.  So far, there are 10 of us going.  The
cost is $24.00 and includes spending one night and 4 meals.  If you are
planning on coming, please let me know if you have not done so.

WHERE ARE WE GOING TO SLEEP?

- The campground has cabins with bunks... you would need to bring your own
sheets and covers and pillow... or a sleeping bag.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO BRING?

- Personal items such as soap, shampoo, etc.
- If you have a basketball, volleyball, baseball stuff, etc., it would be
great if you could bring them.  The camp has a large field and courts but 
they do not have any equipment.

WHEN DO I PAY?

- Once we get there, Arturo will collect the $24 from each person.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

- I have to get driving directions from them... as soon as I get them, I
will pass them along to you.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO BE DOING THERE?

The tentative itinerary is the following:

	FRIDAY

	4:00  4:30 p.m.   Depart from Stakville.
			  (If you want to, we could meet somewhere between
			   4:00 and 4:30, and follow each other to the
			   camp.)
	5:30  6:00 p.m.   Arrive to Indian Springs Campground
	6:00  7:00 p.m.	  Supper
	7:00  7:30 p.m.   Get settled -  Unpack stuff
	7:30  8:30 p.m.   Worship  Bible message (Myra)  Prayer
	8:30  whenever    Games (get-to-know-each-other games, etc.)

	SATURDAY

	7:00  8:00 a.m.   Personal prayer and devotional time
	8:00  9:00 a.m.   Breakfast
	9:00  10:00 a.m.  Worship  Bible message (Jason)  Prayer
	10:00  12:00 p.m. Outdoor games
	12:00  1:00 p.m.  Lunch
	1:00  4:00 p.m.   More games
	4:00  4:30 p.m.   Clean up -  pack stuff
	4:30  6:00 p.m.   Worship  Bible message (Arturo)  Prayer
	6:00  7:00 p.m.   Supper
	7:00  7:30 p.m.	  Depart from campground
