computerdisc-l: teacher's workstation--laptop

Hello,

I teach at an E-site and was surprised when
the announcement was made at the follow-up
meeting that next year's sites wouldn't be getting
the laptop. I have thoroughly enjoyed having the ability
to take it home and work at night or on the weekends
when needed.

I haven't known any other setup, but I think I would feel
as if my hands were tied with only a desktop at school.

At the meeting, it was explained that some districts were
not allowing teachers to take them home, which defeated
the whole purpose of the laptop in the first place.

You can't have the one from my lab. Sorry.
Good luck finding someone else's.
